SINKPIA, which is engaged in manufacturing and selling industrial garbage disposal machines. We were initially involved in the sale of electrical products, but after learning about the existence of garbage disposal machines for households, we started development. Focusing on the "annihilation type" that discharges as moisture, not the conventional "compost type" which uses raw garbage as fertilizer, we have established our biotechnology with cooperation from major manufacturers. We have enhanced the product recognition by repeatedly demonstrating at the exhibition and are now focusing on business use, and are promoting introduction to various places such as Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd. and Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd.

The industrial garbage disposal machine blends several types of microorganisms collected and cultured from the natural world and uses spherical chips and the like for "microbial house" for microorganisms to live. When garbage and microbial house mix in the cabinet, litter is decomposed by the force of microorganisms, it becomes liquid in about 24 hours and is drained from the mesh at the bottom of the product. We offer a wide range of lineups ranging from small machines of 20 to 100 kilometers to massive machines capable of processing 1 to 2 tons depending on processing capacity.

The microbial house which influences processing capacity uses materials which can harbor more microorganisms than traditional wood chips and paddies such as hundreds of millions of habitat can be harvested in one grain with the cooperation of major manufacturers. As a result, the decomposition speed of garbage was significantly improved, the smell was suppressed, and it was possible to install indoors instead of outdoor installation which was common sense until now. Also, it does not require high heat treatment, so it can be expected to have excellent effects regarding cost performance such as reduction of power consumption. Currently, we are working to improve our processing capability by enhancing our originality, such as developing microorganisms for our own company through a partnership with food manufacturers.

On the other hand, we are expanding our horizons for developing a low-priced version of about 10 kilo. Although it is a processing machine with expensive images, expanding the market by introducing cheap versions on the market is a vision that will be drawn in the future.

On the other hand, we concern on low-priced versions with a processing capacity of about 10 kilos, so if we can realize it, we will be able to offer shops such as ramen shops, small restaurant managed privately that unrelated to scale until now. From the technical point of view, it is said that the idea of reusing wastewater as liquid fertilizer is theoretically possible, and further improvement in convenience can be expected.

Although garbage disposal machines have a history, there are many cases where facilities are large and expensive, especially for business use, and the penetration rate is bad at present. We will make the product more compact, lower the price range, and aim for an environment that various people can use. In the future, we will reuse the biodegraded moisture, we will continue research on methane gasification and liquid fertilization while also considering the spread overseas.
