手加工板金×発想力で新工法をご提案！！「へら絞りと切削加工技術の応用によるコスト削減事例」

エンジンまわりの金属加工部品や産業用機械、試験機器など薄板の板金加工品の製作を行っています。今回の展示では、手加工板金の代表技術「へら絞り」と切削加工を組み合わせたコスト削減事例の紹介です。「プレス」で成形していた円筒を「へら絞り」に変更することで開発に必要な初期投資額を削減。「抜き加工」の代わりにマシニングセンターによる「切削加工」を行い、総費用を約3分の１に削減しました。また、プレスの金型の製作が無くなったことにより、納期の短縮と試作の開発リードタイムの大幅短縮を実現。
