We are a casting sand mold manufacturer. Our core products are sand molds that are used as the basis of hydraulic machinery parts, turbine housing, automobile, railway, plant-related applications, machine tools, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding cylinder frames, and more. We handle both mass production parts as well as small quantity production. We specialize in sand molds that are considered highly challenging to manufacture. In order to meet needs in the casting industry such as for cast steel, cast iron, aluminum light alloy, copper alloy, etc., we have consistently carried out planning, design, and production using various molding methods. We use a 3D laser scanner, based on the technology and quality we have cultivated over many years, to provide 3D precision measurement services. We handle reverse engineering based on scanned data, and we use a 3D printer to carry out a wide range of processes including molding services.
