medical simulator : This device uses the biometric data which was co-researched by industrial‐academic‐government cooperation. It has elasticity and strength similar to the human body. We succeeded to make soft and tear-resistant product which is proprietary blended. 【skin】We co-researched with Kyoto Institute of Technology to reproduce young's modulus of the skin at each layer. And by laminating them, the simulater becomes more similar to human body. This simulator also has high tear-resistant property at the time of ligation or needling by using original material tafushiron.
【organs】We made artificial organ through co-research with Gifu University and National Cancer Center which can be corresponsible for ultrasonic scalpel or electric scalpel. This organ is said to be very similar to the real feeling of resection.
【bone】We made the artificial bone through the co-research with National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health which is the external organization of Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry. This sebum bone and cancellous bone has tensile strength and compressive strength similar to the real bone. This artificial bone can reproduce the feeling at the time of cutting on the router or projection of the X-ray. Medical device parts: we can choose the ideal material from various medical-level materials and mold them according to each demand.

It is very transparent and returns to its original shape having more than 1000% of extensibility without distortion. This conforms to the standards like packaging container standard determined by food sanitation act, standards which is complied of primary skin irritation test / acute toxicity test. So it is very gentle and safe to the skin. It has thermoplasticity so it can be mold into various shapes.
【Tafushiron】This is very specific silicon rubber which improved the strength of general silicon rubber. This is possible to do three-dimensional molding of ultra-low hardness material. This conforms to the standards like packaging container standard determined by food sanitation act, standards which is complied of primary skin irritation test / acute toxicity test. So it is very gentle and safe to the skin.
【Medi-peel】This is the ultra-low hardness urethane processed product. Main product is the artificial organ for medical purpose. The surface has high stickiness improvement. Other than these materials, we can choose the ideal material from various medical-level materials and mold them according to each demand.

- It is used mainly by medical device manufacturers as quantitative evaluation at the time of new development and as sales promotion tool. Our product can challenge the animal experiments problem which increases recently. With this into consideration, the orders should be increasing. We mainly do customization according to the needs of our customers. We have more or less 50 customers including major manufacuters. For other customers, we have doctors of unibersity hospitals using our products for academic meeting or display.
